Here is the highlight video from Dia De Los Muertos at the Santa Barbara Bowl. I was blown away by the magnitude of this concert. It was more than just a music event, there was altars, mariachis, face painting, thriller flash mob, chienlos dancers, and much much more.
Cafe Tacuba was the headliner, thousands of people clapping have been listening to them since the 1990's. My favorite was one of the opening bands "Las Cafeteras". They use the traditional Son Horochos Mexican style music and weave it with their own unique style. I had so much fun filming them. I was there for over 8 hours filming people who spent all day getting dressed up for the night. It was amazing to be at a concert in Santa Barbara that had this much heart and soul.
